What we are looking for

GTM Engineer

You build the systems our sales and customer success run on, using AI and automation

Open now 2 to 4 years of experience

About BeeSensible

Every organisation is going to work with AI. The only question is whether it happens in a way people can trust. That's what we work on, every day.

About the role

As GTM Engineer, you build the systems we use to find, win and keep customers. You work directly with sales, customer success and the founders, and you see every day where the work could be faster or better. We're looking for someone who builds with AI and automation, tests what works and then keeps it running.

What you'll do

  • You sit with the SDR, the Account Executive and the Customer Success Manager, see where their work gets stuck, and build what fixes it.
  • You build signals that show when an organisation is working on its AI policy, so we reach out at the right moment.
  • You build AI workflows and agents that take over research, enrichment and follow-up, so everyone else has time for conversations.
  • You connect our CRM to the rest of our tools through APIs, webhooks and automations, and you make sure the data in it holds up.
  • You build reports that show where things stall and what an approach delivers.
  • You try out new tools and AI models, and you decide whether we build something ourselves or buy it.
  • You take an idea from prototype to something that runs every day, measure whether it works, and document it so others can build on it.

What we're looking for

Background and experience

  • Two to four years as a GTM Engineer, in RevOps, growth or another technical role close to sales.
  • Experience with a CRM and the tools around it, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay or Apollo.
  • You've built systems that other people use every day, and you can show what they delivered.
  • Experience at a B2B software company is a plus.

Skills

  • You build things yourself: you write scripts and small apps with Claude Code, Cursor or a similar tool, and you know n8n, Make or Zapier inside out.
  • You're at ease with data. SQL or Python is a plus, and pulling an export apart is no hurdle for you.
  • You work with APIs and webhooks, and you read documentation without needing someone to explain it.
  • You write clearly, because what your systems send should read like a person wrote it.
  • Fluent Dutch and English, because what your systems send goes to organisations in the Netherlands and beyond.

Who you are

  • You understand how sales, marketing and customer success work, and what the people using your systems actually need.
  • You get energy from building something where nothing exists yet.
  • You work independently and make progress without everything being settled.
  • You'd rather measure than guess, and you drop what doesn't work without regret.

What it is not

This is not a job where you work through other people's tickets or just look after tools. You help decide what will make the biggest difference, you build it, and you drop what doesn't work.

The opportunity

You lay the foundations for how BeeSensible grows. What you build now will be used by everyone who works in sales or customer success here.

What we offer

Salary
A market-rate salary, plus equity in BeeSensible through shares or options, so you share in what you help build.
Location
Remote, from the Netherlands or elsewhere in Europe.
Hours
Flexible. We agree together on what works for you.

How to apply

Email [email protected] with your CV or LinkedIn profile, and tell us about something you built or sold that you're proud of. Not sure you tick every box? Email us anyway.

Sales Development Representative

You get the right people to book a demo with us

Open now 2 to 5 years of experience

About BeeSensible

Every organisation is going to work with AI. The only question is whether it happens in a way people can trust. That's what we work on, every day.

About the role

As Sales Development Representative, you're the first conversation many organisations have with BeeSensible. You find out who is working on their AI policy, make contact and make sure the Account Executive has good demos in the calendar. You work with the systems the GTM Engineer builds, and you help make them better.

What you'll do

  • You reach out to organisations that fit us, by email, on LinkedIn and on the phone.
  • You run the first conversations: you find out where an organisation stands with AI and whether a demo makes sense.
  • You qualify: does the organisation fit us, who else has a say, and is this the right moment.
  • You book demos for the Account Executive and make sure they know what came up in the first call.
  • You use AI to research organisations and make your messages personal, without them starting to sound generic.
  • You track what works, from the message to the sector to the timing, and adjust your approach as you go.
  • You work with the GTM Engineer on lists and follow-up, so your time goes into conversations.

What we're looking for

Background and experience

  • Two to five years in B2B sales, for example as an SDR or BDR.
  • A proven record of booking meetings and building pipeline, and you can explain how you did it.
  • Experience selling to larger organisations with several decision-makers is a plus.
  • Experience with software or SaaS is a plus.

Skills

  • You'd rather pick up the phone than think about it, and a no doesn't throw you off.
  • You write short messages that people actually want to answer.
  • You work with a CRM and outreach tools, and you use AI to prepare faster and better.
  • Fluent Dutch and English, because you'll be talking to organisations in the Netherlands and beyond.

Who you are

  • You're curious about how organisations deal with AI and privacy, and you learn fast enough to hold a real conversation about it.
  • You try things out, keep track of what works and adjust your approach.
  • You work independently and keep up your own pace.

What it is not

This is not a call-centre job with a fixed script. You talk to data protection officers, IT managers and directors, and they expect a conversation about their own situation.

The opportunity

You help shape how we find new customers, in the Netherlands and beyond. What you learn here about selling to large organisations will stay with you for the rest of your career.

Account Executive

You run demos and guide organisations until they become customers

Open now 3 to 6 years of experience

About BeeSensible

Every organisation is going to work with AI. The only question is whether it happens in a way people can trust. That's what we work on, every day.

About the role

As Account Executive, you take organisations from the first demo to a signed agreement. You sell to people who are responsible for privacy, information security and IT, and who make careful decisions. You work closely with the SDR, the Customer Success Manager and the founders.

What you'll do

  • You give demos to data protection officers, CISOs, IT managers and directors, and show how BeeSensible fits into their work.
  • You guide the trial, so an organisation sees what it gets out of BeeSensible within fourteen days.
  • You map out who has a say, from privacy and IT to procurement, and keep things moving until there's a decision.
  • You put together proposals and handle the negotiation, within the pricing we agree on together.
  • You manage your own pipeline and forecast, and you know the next step for every opportunity.
  • You work with partners, such as IT service providers and consultants, when a customer buys through them.
  • You bring what you hear in conversations back to product and marketing, so we build what customers need.

What we're looking for

Background and experience

  • Three to six years in B2B software sales.
  • You've closed deals with more than one decision-maker at the table.
  • A proven record of hitting your targets, and you can explain how.
  • Experience with government, healthcare, education or accountancy is a plus.

Skills

  • You can explain a technical product clearly without making it sound better than it is.
  • You ask good questions and listen more than you talk.
  • Working in a CRM is second nature to you, and you use AI to prepare for your conversations.
  • Fluent Dutch and English, because you'll be selling to organisations in the Netherlands and beyond.

Who you are

  • You're patient in long sales cycles and sharp when it counts.
  • You find privacy and information security interesting enough to dig into.
  • You work independently and make progress without everything being settled.

What it is not

This is not a job where you just work through warm leads. You help shape how we sell: which questions work, which sectors decide fastest and which objections keep coming back.

The opportunity

You help decide how BeeSensible sells: which sectors come first, which approach works and how we grow beyond the Netherlands.

What we offer

Salary
A market-rate salary, plus equity in BeeSensible through shares or options, so you share in what you help build.
Location
Remote, from the Netherlands or elsewhere in Europe.
Hours
Flexible. We agree together on what works for you.

Customer Success Manager

You make sure customers actually use BeeSensible, and stay

Open now 2 to 5 years of experience

About BeeSensible

Every organisation is going to work with AI. The only question is whether it happens in a way people can trust. That's what we work on, every day.

About the role

As Customer Success Manager, you make sure organisations get real value from BeeSensible after they buy it. You guide the rollout, you're their go-to person, and you're the first to see where things could be better. You work closely with the Account Executive, the GTM Engineer and the people who build the product.

What you'll do

  • You guide new customers through the rollout, from the first install to the point where the organisation has decided which AI tools it allows.
  • You keep an eye on how organisations use BeeSensible, and you step in when you see things stall.
  • You're the go-to person for the data protection officer, the IT manager or the director, and you know what's going on at their end.
  • You help organisations use the figures from BeeSensible in their own reporting, for example to the data protection officer or the board.
  • You write guides and set ways of working, so every new customer gets up and running faster.
  • You prepare renewals and spot where a customer could get more out of BeeSensible.
  • You collect what customers ask for and miss, and take it to the people who build the product.

What we're looking for

Background and experience

  • Two to five years in customer success, account management or implementation at a software company.
  • You've guided customers through rolling out software in organisations with several departments.
  • Experience with privacy, information security or compliance is a plus.

Skills

  • You can explain technical things to non-technical people without talking down to them.
  • You keep track of several customers at once and let nothing slip.
  • You use data to see how a customer is doing, and AI to get your work done faster.
  • Fluent Dutch and English, because you'll be working with organisations in the Netherlands and beyond.

Who you are

  • You stay calm when a customer is unhappy, and you fix the problem instead of passing it on.
  • You want to get into privacy and information security, if you haven't already.
  • You get as much satisfaction from a customer's success as from your own work.

What it is not

This is not a helpdesk job where you clear tickets. You make sure customers see results, and you notice before they do when something isn't working.

The opportunity

You build customer success at BeeSensible: how we guide customers, which ways of working we set down and how customers grow with us.

What we offer

Salary
A market-rate salary, plus equity in BeeSensible through shares or options, so you share in what you help build.
Location
Remote, from the Netherlands or elsewhere in Europe.
Hours
Flexible. We agree together on what works for you.
